French speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/div)


  • Job Share: Full-time (38,5 hrs. p.w.)
  • Location: FLOCERT GmbH Headquarter Bonn, Germany or in any of FLOCERT Office’s locations (Germany, Costa Rica, India and/or South Africa)

You are interested in working in an international environment? FLOCERT is looking for a reliable, flexible and outgoing personality to support its customer service desk and reception team. In this position you will be an ambassador for FLOCERT’s customer service and ensure professional take up of communication. Communication with customers, stakeholders and suppliers will include in- and outbound communication according to predefined instructions and processes as well as the channeling of requests within the organisation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure receipt of incoming phone calls to the FLOCERT Customer Service Desk and switchboard
  • Provide general information to FLOCERT customers and stakeholders
  • Message taking and distribution of incoming requests
  • Conduct follow up tasks (phone, email) with respective customers to ensure customer satisfaction (after survey feedback, complaints etc.)
  • Respond to incoming email communication and assume regular outbound communication
  • Support marketing / project driven campaigns with outbound communication (phone, email)
  • Handle standard service requests of FLOCERT customers and stakeholders
  • Update and maintain customer related information in FLOCERT systems

  • HK apprenticeship or other vocational training or equivalent relevant training on the job
  • 2 years of related professional work experience in a customer service, -care or -support function
  • Fluency in both English and French, both verbal and written
  • Strong dedication towards customer service and excellent communication skills
  • Work experience in an international environment is an advantage
  • Great team player with positive and pro-active attitude
  • Dedicated working style with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitasking focused on detail and delivery
  • Readiness to cope with extensive conversation time and phases of high request volume
  • Reliable, disciplined and punctual personality
  • Very good command of MS Office
